Ryuou Nakiri Knife 160mm

This is a Nakiri knife by Ryuou. Nakiri knives are double-bevel Japanese vegetable knives designed for chopping and slicing vegetables. In this piece, hard Hagane steel is sandwiched between stainless steel, combining the rust resistance of stainless with the cutting performance of Hagane. The handle still has its original sticker, and the overall condition is very good.

The blade has a double-bevel warikomi structure, making it both easy to handle and excellent in sharpness.

The knife has been sharpened and is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please take care when opening the package. The listed price already includes the sharpening service.

It carries engravings such as “龍王” (Ryuou), “ステンレス” (Stainless), and “鋼入” (Steel Core). This Nakiri is perfect for vegetable-focused cooking, allowing you to chop herbs, greens, and root vegetables smoothly while benefiting from the easy care of stainless cladding.

The warikomi construction gives a satisfying bite into ingredients while keeping corrosion worries low in everyday use.
