Ryusen Gyuto Knife
The Gyuto is a Japanese chef’s knife suitable for meat, fish, and vegetables. This double-edged laminated steel blade is exceptionally thin (approx. 1mm), despite its triple-layer construction. The knife shows minimal signs of use and is in excellent condition.
The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.
It features engravings "龍泉" (Ryusen).
