Tojiro Yanagiba Knife

The Yanagiba is a traditional Japanese sashimi knife, ideal for slicing fish cleanly. This piece does not have a wooden handle but instead features what appears to be a resin-based handle for durability.

The single-beveled high-carbon steel blade ensures exceptional sharpness. It has been professionally sharpened and is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features the engraving "藤次郎" (Tojiro).
