A single-bevel Yanagiba for drawing glossy sashimi slices. This model uses Aogami No.2 steel and a water buffalo horn handle.
Hagane Aogami No.2 core for outstanding edge quality and bite.
The handle shows minor insect nibbling that does not affect use; reflected in the price. Professionally sharpened; ready to use. Handle with care on opening. Sharpening fee included.
Engravings: “勝一” (Shoichi) and “青紙二号” (Aogami No.2).
