Jikko Santoku Knife

The Santoku is a widely used all-purpose kitchen knife in Japanese homes, ideal for cutting meat, fish, and vegetables.

This knife is double-edged and made from stainless steel, providing rust resistance and easy maintenance.

There are minor scratches, but it shows little sign of use and retains its original sticker on the handle.

It has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features the engravings "實光" (Jikko) and "H-INOX".
