The Gyuto is a Western-style chef's knife designed for multipurpose kitchen use—from slicing meat to chopping vegetables.

This knife features a core of high-carbon steel clad with stainless layers, providing sharpness and easier maintenance.

Its Warikomi construction blends long-lasting sharpness with usability for home or professional kitchens.

It has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features engravings "登録" (Registered) and "歓一郎" (Kanichiro).
