Kiyotuna Yanagiba Knife

The Yanagiba is a traditional Japanese sashimi knife, characterized by its long, slender blade. This unused piece includes original stickers and price tags, 7500JPY, old tag on the handle. Perfect for chefs who demand pristine condition and traditional quality.

Forged from high-carbon steel with a single bevel, it offers exceptional sharpness.

It has been professionally sharpened and is ready to use immediately. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

Engraved with "清綱作" (Kiyotuna).
