Sakai Jikko Sujihiki Knife

This is a double-edged sujihiki knife that has been sharpened with a 7:3 bevel ratio. The knife is in excellent condition, having been well-maintained over time.

The sujihiki knife is a long, narrow slicing knife designed for cutting meat and trimming sinew. Its extended blade length ensures smooth, precise cuts, making it highly valued by professional chefs.

This knife is double-edged and made of stainless steel, ensuring rust resistance and easy maintenance. It features a beautiful Damascus pattern with a traditional ku-nagashi (black wave) finish.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle it with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features the engraving "堺實光" (Sakai Jikko), along with a personalized name engraving.
