Mirror-Finish Stainless Yanagiba Knife
The Yanagiba knife is designed for slicing sashimi with precision. Its long, sharp blade allows for smooth cuts without damaging the texture of the fish.
This knife is single-edged and made of stainless steel, making it rust-resistant and easy to maintain. It appears to be in near-unused condition, with only minor scratches and sharpening marks.
While there are no engravings on the blade, the handle end features the "山房" (Yamabo) logo, a brand often used for high-end knife handles. A wooden sheath is included.
