Seki Magoroku Yanagiba Knife, Ginju Series

The Yanagiba is a traditional Japanese sashimi knife designed for slicing fish into thin, elegant cuts. This stainless steel, single-beveled knife is shorter than standard yanagiba, making it easy to handle even in home kitchens. It features a distinctive marble-pattern handle and shows very minimal signs of use.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features engravings "関孫六" (Seki Magoroku), "銀寿" (Ginju), and "EDGE ST".

Perfect for sushi and sashimi enthusiasts, this compact Ginju series Yanagiba brings professional precision to home cooking.
