Kakuma Yanagiba Knife

The Yanagiba knife is used for beautifully slicing sashimi with its sharp, elongated blade.
This knife is made from rust-resistant stainless steel, offering easy maintenance.
At 200mm, it is a practical choice for home use, perfect for slicing fish fillets into sashimi.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features the engravings "登録" (Registered), "角馬" (Kakuma), and "本研" (Honken). A label remains on the handle.

This knife offers the performance of professional-grade sashimi knives in a user-friendly stainless steel design, ideal for home chefs.
