Seki Magoroku Aji-Kiri Knife

The Aji-Kiri is a Japanese knife ideal for preparing small fish. This model is made from carbon steel, showing a natural patina with a bright silver cutting edge.

This knife is single-edged and made from high-carbon steel, known for its sharpness.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features engravings "関孫六" (Seki Magoroku) and "銀寿" (Ginju).
