Unryushi Nobumitsu Yanagiba Knife

The Yanagiba is a Japanese knife designed for slicing sashimi and other delicate ingredients with a single pull. This compact high-carbon steel model is easy to handle. While it shows natural darkening from the carbon steel, the edge retains a clean, bright silver tone. The original label on the handle suggests it has seen little use.

This knife is single-edged and made from high-carbon steel, offering excellent sharpness.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features the engraving "雲龍子信光" (Unryushi Nobumitsu).

A collector-worthy piece for those who value sharpness, tradition, and aesthetics in Japanese cutlery.
