This is an Aji-Kiri knife shaped like a small Deba, perfect for filleting small fish. Shows minimal signs of use. A thin, light high-carbon steel knife that is easy to maneuver.
This is a single-bevel high-carbon steel knife, prized for its sharpness.
It has been sharpened and is ready to use upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.
It features the engraving "忠宗作" (Tadamune), with a branded burn mark on the handle reading "名匠 忠宗作" (Master Tadamune).
