Toki Santoku Knife (Kiritsuke-Style Bunka Knife)

The Santoku knife is a versatile all-purpose knife widely used for preparing meat, fish, and vegetables. This particular knife features an ultra-thin blade with a thickness of approximately 1.2mm and a remarkably lightweight design at just 77g, similar to a petty knife, offering exceptional maneuverability.

Made from stainless steel, this double-beveled knife is rust-resistant and easy to maintain.

The knife has been sharpened and is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features the engraving "朱鷺" (Toki) along with a marking indicating the use of special steel.
