Echizen Kamofuji Santoku Knife

The Santoku knife is a versatile, all-purpose kitchen knife, ideal for cutting meat, fish, and vegetables.

Made of hagane (carbon steel) with Aogami steel and a kuro-uchi (blacksmith) finish, this double-edged knife is known for its sharpness and durability.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features the engravings "越前" (Echizen), "加茂藤作" (Kamofuji-saku), and "青紙" (Aogami).
