The Yanagiba knife is a single-edged Japanese knife, used for beautifully slicing sashimi.

This knife is made of high-carbon steel, carefully maintained to retain its sharp edge, ensuring continued performance and longevity.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features the engraving "千代松" (Chiyomatsu).
