The Usuba knife is a traditional Japanese knife used for cutting vegetables.

This single-edged blade is made of hagane (carbon steel), offering exceptional sharpness.

A trusted product from the Sekimagoroku brand, with "中島" engraved, though it's unclear if this is a brand name or a personal name.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features the engravings "関孫六" (Sekimagoroku) and "中島" (Nakajima).
