The Nakiri is a Japanese vegetable knife known for its straight blade, ideal for making clean cuts through vegetables. This piece shows a natural patina typical of high-carbon steel, while the cutting edge maintains a clean silver hue. The blade is thin, with a spine thickness of around 4mm near the heel, tapering to less than 1mm at the tip, offering excellent control and precision.
This double-edged knife is made of high-carbon steel, known for its sharp edge retention.
The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.
