The Yanagiba knife is traditionally used for slicing sashimi, offering the precision needed for clean, beautiful cuts.

This single-edged knife is made of hagane (carbon steel), providing outstanding sharpness.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features the engraving "関孫六" (Seki-Magoroku).
