Aritsugu Gyuto Knife

The Gyuto is a versatile Western-style chef's knife, ideal for cutting meat, fish, and vegetables. This is a double-edged blade.

Made from alloy steel, it offers superior sharpness compared to stainless steel, but it is more prone to rust, so proper care is necessary to maintain its condition.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle it with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

This knife features the engravings "登録商標" (Registered Trademark), "有次" (Aritsugu), "別打" (Betsuuchi), and "合金鋼" (Alloy Steel).
