A single-bevel vegetable knife for fine slicing and garnish work; fitted with a water buffalo handle.

Hagane high-carbon steel, traditional finish with minimal patina from storage; the fresh edge is bright silver.

Professionally sharpened and ready to use; please handle with care when opening. Sharpening fee included.

Engraved “堺刀司” (Sakai Toji) and “岩国作” (Iwakuni).
