This lightweight Yanagiba knife features a blade length of 205mm and a thickness of 3mm, making it perfect for home use. It is excellent for slicing sashimi from fish blocks with precision.

The knife has been well-maintained by a professional and offers superior sharpness. It is made of single-beveled high-carbon steel. The blade bears faint engravings of "Kazuyuki" and "Specially Made" due to wear from maintenance.
