The Yanagiba knife is a traditional Japanese single-bevel knife used for beautifully slicing sashimi.

Made from carbon steel (hagane), it offers exceptional sharpness for precise and clean cuts.

The knife has been sharpened and is ready for immediate use upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features the engraving "歌貞木屋" (Utasada Kiya).
