Tsukiji Masamoto Yanagiba Knife
The Yanagiba knife is the most well-known and commonly used traditional Japanese knife for slicing sashimi beautifully.
Made from carbon steel (hagane), this single-bevel knife provides excellent sharpness for precise cuts.
The knife has been sharpened and is ready for immediate use upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.
It features the registered engravings "築正本" (Tsukiji Masamoto) and "秀" (Shu). The butt of the handle bears the inscription "秀正" (Hidemasa).
