The Yanagiba is a Japanese sashimi knife designed to slice beautifully in one pulling motion using its long blade. This stainless steel sashimi knife is easy to use and suitable for enjoying sashimi from fish blocks at home.

This single-beveled stainless steel knife is rust-resistant and easy to maintain.

Professionally sharpened and ready to use. Sharpening service is included in the price. Please handle with care when unpacking.
