Sukenari Fuguhiki Knife

The Fuguhiki is a traditional Japanese knife designed for preparing delicate fugu sashimi. It features an even thinner and narrower blade than a Yanagiba, making it ideal for paper-thin slicing. With a blade thickness of approximately 3mm, this knife is suitable for preparing fugu and other thinly sliced dishes. The blade shows the natural patina typical of carbon steel, while the freshly sharpened edge has a clean silver finish.

This single-beveled carbon steel knife offers a sharp cutting edge.

Professionally sharpened and ready to use. Sharpening service is included in the price. Please handle with care when unpacking.
