The Wa-Santoku is a versatile Japanese-style knife used for meat, fish, and vegetables.

This knife is double-beveled carbon steel, offering excellent sharpness.

A Tosa-style knife with kuro-uchi finish and blue steel inclusion. It features a thick spine near the handle that tapers toward the tip, showing quality hand-forged construction.

Professionally sharpened and ready to use. Sharpening service is included in the price. Please handle with care when unpacking.
