Mizuta Kunimitsu Yanagiba Knife

The Yanagiba is a traditional sashimi knife designed to slice fish in a single smooth pulling motion. The blade shows very little wear and minimal signs of use. There are some linear scratches, whether from sharpening or use, but they should not affect normal use as the knife continues to be maintained through sharpening.

This knife is single-beveled carbon steel, valued for its exceptionally sharp edge.

Professionally sharpened and ready to use. Sharpening service is included in the price. Please handle with care when unpacking.
