Kiya Yoshihisa Usuba Knife

The Usuba is a traditional vegetable knife designed for delicate tasks such as katsuramuki peeling and decorative cutting. Some dark patina typical of carbon steel is present, while the sharpened edge retains a clean silver finish.

This knife is single-beveled carbon steel, valued for its exceptionally sharp edge.

Professionally sharpened and ready to use. Sharpening service is included in the price. Please handle with care when unpacking.
