Sakai Kikutora Ai-Deba Knife

The Deba is a traditional Japanese knife designed for processing fish, with a thick blade suited for cutting around bones. This is a thinner and lighter Ai-Deba style knife that appears to be nearly unused. Its lighter weight makes it easy to handle, and the blade is thin enough that it could also be used for slicing sashimi from smaller fish.

This knife features a single-beveled carbon steel blade known for its sharp cutting performance.

Professionally sharpened and ready to use. Sharpening service is included in the price. Please handle with care when unpacking.
