Noshu Masamune Yanagiba Knife

The Yanagiba is a traditional Japanese knife designed for slicing sashimi with a long blade in a single pulling motion.

This knife is single-beveled stainless steel, making it rust-resistant and easy to maintain.

An easy-to-use stainless steel sashimi knife. With a 210mm blade length, it is suitable for preparing sashimi from fish blocks at home.

Professionally sharpened and ready to use. Sharpening service is included in the price. Please handle with care when unpacking.
