Noshu Magoroku Three-Piece Knife Set (Nakiri / Yanagiba / Deba)

This is a three-piece knife set from Noshu Magoroku. The set consists of a nakiri, a yanagiba, and a deba, stored unused in a wooden box. Because the cutting edges felt slightly dull from storage, all knives have been resharpened; please excuse minor storage marks and sharpening scratches, as well as wear on the box. The nakiri is double-bevel, while the yanagiba and deba are single-bevel. Together, this set can handle a wide range of Japanese cooking tasks, from vegetable prep to sashimi and fish butchery.

All knives are made from Hagane (carbon steel). The nakiri has a double-bevel edge, while the yanagiba and deba are single-bevel, each optimized for its intended use with keen cutting performance. The yanagiba and deba are especially suitable for preparing sashimi and sushi ingredients.

They have been sharpened, so they are ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

Each blade is engraved "濃州孫六作" (Noshu Magoroku-Made), and the handles carry seals reading "最高級品" (Highest Grade) and "優良保証" (Quality Guaranteed). The set is housed in a wooden presentation box.

This Noshu Magoroku set is ideal for anyone setting up a Japanese kitchen, providing a nakiri for vegetables plus a yanagiba and deba for fish, sashimi, and sushi preparation in one coordinated wooden-boxed set.
