Miyabun Usuba Knife

This is an Usuba knife from Miyabun. The Usuba is a traditional Japanese vegetable knife used for tasks such as katsuramuki and decorative cutting that require high precision. This example is in very clean condition, with a beautiful water buffalo handle and minimal signs of use.

The knife has a single-bevel Hagane (carbon steel) blade, capable of producing very clean, attractive cut surfaces on vegetables.

It has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It carries engravings "登録" (Registered) and "宮文" (Miyabun).

This Miyabun Usuba is well suited to chefs and enthusiasts who want to refine their Japanese vegetable skills with a traditional single-bevel blade.
