Misono Sujihiki Knife 295mm (Swedish Steel, Special Forging)

This is a Sujihiki knife by Misono. It is a slim slicer type, ideal for slicing roasts, ham, and similar items into thin, attractive slices. This Swedish steel model has been carefully used and maintained and is ready for more work in the kitchen.

The blade is double-bevel Hagane (Swedish steel), offering very sharp cutting performance.

The knife has been sharpened and is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please take care when opening the package. The listed price already includes the sharpening service.

It bears markings and logos such as “MISONO,” “Swedish Steel,” and “特別鍛造” (Special Forging). This Sujihiki is ideal for carving roasts and slicing large cuts of meat or fish where smooth, continuous slicing is important.

The special-forged Swedish steel core holds a fine edge, making it well suited for precise, presentation-level slices.
