Seki Munekage Yanagiba Knife

The Yanagiba is designed for making beautiful sashimi slices with smooth draw cuts. This thin and easy-to-handle knife is suitable for home use when preparing sashimi from fish blocks.

This single-edged stainless steel knife is rust-resistant and easy to maintain. Its thin profile allows for clean sashimi cuts, making it suitable for sushi and sashimi preparation at home.

It has been sharpened and is ready for immediate use upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features the engravings "登録" (Registered) and "関宗景作" (Seki Munekage).
