This is a Nakiri knife by Tetsuhiro. Nakiri knives are traditional Japanese vegetable knives characterized by a straight edge that excels at chopping and slicing vegetables. This piece shows relatively little sign of use. It is a thin, lightweight knife that is easy to maneuver and comfortable for prolonged vegetable prep.
