Tosho Kanemori Santoku Knife 170mm

This is a Santoku knife by Tosho Kanemori. Santoku knives are multi-purpose blades suitable for a wide range of ingredients, including meat, fish, and vegetables. The original paper band is still cleanly preserved, and the knife appears to be in unused, unopened condition. It has only been unwrapped for photography and measurement. Please forgive any storage-related wear to the box.

The knife is made from double-bevel stainless steel, so it is resistant to rust and easy to maintain.

It features markings such as “美濃” (Mino), “刀匠” (Swordsmith), “兼守” (Kanemori), and “匠” (Takumi). As an unused stainless Santoku, this piece is an excellent main knife candidate for everyday home cooking, combining easy maintenance with a traditional Japanese maker’s touch.
