Shun SORA Petty Knife 90mm

This is a Shun SORA petty knife from KAI. It is a small stainless steel fruit knife that also works well as a paring knife. Compact in size, it is ideal for fine detail work and decorative cuts. The blade uses a VG10 composite structure, offering both durability and excellent sharpness. Thanks to KAI’s reliable quality, it is suitable for everything from home cooking to professional use. The blade was originally finished to a mirror polish, and the mirror surface still remains in very good condition.

The knife is made from double-bevel stainless steel, making it resistant to rust and easy to care for.

The knife has been sharpened and is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please take care when opening the package. The listed price already includes the sharpening service.

It features the “旬” (Shun) and “VB0700” markings along with the KAI logo, and the handle carries the Shun badge. This compact petty is perfect for peeling fruit, trimming vegetables, and creating decorative garnishes, with a refined look that matches modern kitchen interiors.
