Maruki Santoku Knife

The Santoku is a Japanese multi-purpose knife designed for meat, fish, and vegetables. This knife is double-edged, forged from Aogami (Blue Paper Steel), and features a pointed tip. While the blade shows some natural patina, the edge remains polished and sharp.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features engravings "丸喜" (Maruki) and "安来青" (Yasugi Blue Steel).

A traditional blue steel santoku, this Maruki knife is prized for its exceptional sharpness and edge retention.
