The Yanagiba is a single-beveled Japanese knife designed for sashimi preparation, creating delicate and beautiful slices of fish. This high-carbon steel blade provides sharp, clean cuts and has been maintained in excellent condition.
The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.
It features engravings "特製" (Specially Made) and "有次" (Aritsugu).
