Sakai Takayuki Gyuto “Grand Chef” 210mm
This is a Sakai Takayuki Grand Chef Gyuto. Gyuto knives are representative Western-style shapes used for meat, fish, and vegetables. This piece is an unused, boxed item, so the edge is expected to be very good, and sharpening marks have intentionally not been added. Please pardon minor storage marks on the blade or box.
The knife has a double-bevel Hagane blade made from Uddeholm Swedish steel, part of the Grand Chef series known for its sharpness and ease of handling.
It features “SAKAI TAKAYUKI” and “UDDEHOLM SWEDEN STEEL” engravings and logos. This Gyuto is a strong candidate for anyone seeking a premium all-purpose chef’s knife straight from the box, with steel quality trusted by many professionals.
The Swedish stainless steel provides a fine, precise edge while remaining relatively easy to maintain compared with traditional carbon steel.
Length: 330mm
Blade Length: 210mm
Blade Width: 44mm
Blade Thickness: 2-3mm
Weight: 181g
SHARPENED by a Japanese Sharpener. Razor sharp. The sharpener is in Kyoto, the traditional city in Japan as you know. You can use without maintenance. You don't need to pay maintenance costs after receiving. If any, please feel free to ask, English available.
