Sadaaki Gyuto Knife 170mm

This is a Gyuto knife by Sadaaki. Gyuto knives are Western-style chef’s knives suitable for a broad range of ingredients including meat, fish, and vegetables. There are some light hammer marks along the spine, but they do not affect use; the price has been adjusted slightly, making it a good value if this does not bother you.

The knife has a double-bevel Honwarikomi structure with a Hagane core and stainless steel cladding, balancing sharpness and ease of maintenance.

The knife has been sharpened and is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please take care when opening the package. The listed price already includes the sharpening service.

It bears the engravings “登録” (Registered) and “定明作” (Sadaaki Saku). This Gyuto is a practical everyday knife for users who want the cutting feel of a carbon-steel core but prefer the lower maintenance of stainless cladding.

Its moderate blade length makes it easy to handle on standard home cutting boards.
