Seki Magoroku Nakiri Knife 160mm
This is a Nakiri knife by Seki Magoroku. Nakiri knives are double-bevel Japanese vegetable knives with a straight edge, designed specifically for chopping and slicing vegetables. This piece from the Seki Magoroku Ginju line shows little sign of use and features a kuro-uchi finish that adds a traditional Japanese touch.
The blade is double-bevel Hagane (carbon steel), offering a crisp, light cutting feel when working through vegetables.
The knife has been sharpened and is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please take care when opening the package. The listed price already includes the sharpening service.
It bears engravings such as “関孫六” (Seki Magoroku) and “銀寿” (Ginju). This Nakiri is ideal for users who primarily prepare vegetables and want a traditional Japanese feel combined with the sharpness of carbon steel.
The kuro-uchi finish also helps to hide minor patina and gives the knife a rustic, handcrafted look.
