Senzou Gyuto Knife 180mm
This is a Gyuto knife by Senzou. Gyuto knives are Western-style chef’s knives that can handle meat, fish, and vegetables. This knife has a notably straight edge profile as it was originally sharpened that way; it has been finished following that straight line, which makes it easy to place flat on the cutting board and perform push and pull cuts efficiently.
The knife has a double-bevel Honwarikomi construction with a Hagane core and stainless steel cladding, offering both good sharpness and easy maintenance.
The knife has been sharpened and is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please take care when opening the package. The listed price already includes the sharpening service.
It features the engravings “登録” (Registered), “仙蔵作” (Senzou Saku), and “本割込” (Honwarikomi). This Gyuto is well suited to cooks who like a straighter edge for efficient chopping and slicing, especially for large quantities of vegetables or boneless meats.
The warikomi structure makes it a good balance of performance and ease of care for everyday use.
