Munefusa Santoku Knife 160mm
This is a Santoku knife by Munefusa. Santoku knives are widely used in households as all-purpose knives suitable for meat, fish, and vegetables. This piece shows very little sign of use and has a clean, simple appearance that suggests easy handling.
The knife has a double-bevel Honwarikomi construction, with a Hagane core and stainless steel cladding, combining sharp edge performance with rust resistance.
