Seki Munekage Petty Knife 125mm
This is a petty knife by Seki Munekage. Petty knives are compact Western-style knives ideal for cutting fruit, decorative cuts, and small prep tasks. This piece appears to be an almost unused stored item. It is a very clean petty knife with a perforated blade, and its light weight makes it very easy to handle. The holes in the blade help ingredients release more easily, reducing sticking and making work smoother.
The knife is made from double-bevel stainless steel, making it resistant to rust and simple to care for.
The knife has been sharpened and is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please take care when opening the package. The listed price already includes the sharpening service.
It bears the engravings “登録” (Registered) and “関宗景作” (Seki Munekage Saku). The perforated design and light balance make this petty a good choice for quick everyday tasks such as slicing fruit, trimming vegetables, and preparing garnishes.
Because it is stainless and easy to maintain, it works well as a first quality Japanese petty knife for home cooks.
