Izutsuki Kiya Nakiri Knife

The Nakiri is a double-bevel vegetable knife suited to straight cuts and fine chopping. This example has a handsome black-forged finish and remains in very good condition. Made from hagane carbon steel, it trades easy care for excellent keenness.

Sharpened and ready to use; please take care when opening. Sharpening fee included.

Engravings and logos include "イヅツキ木屋" (Izutsuki Kiya) and "安来鋼青紙" (Yasugi Aogami / Blue Paper Steel).

Aogami core steel holds an edge longer than common stainless—ideal if you value crisp, clean vegetable cuts with fewer touch-ups.
