The Santoku is a widely used all-purpose knife in Japanese kitchens. This piece from the high-grade Izutsuki Kiya line is clean and well-kept, showing only minor patina from storage. Made from double-edged high-carbon steel, it is sharp and reliable.
The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.
It features the logo "イヅツキ木屋" (Izutsuki Kiya), "木屋" (Kiya), and "#3," with the seal still on the handle.
