The Usuba is a traditional Japanese knife for precise vegetable work, including katsuramuki and decorative cuts. This small, buffalo-horn-handled piece is nimble and sharp, perfect for fine work. Made from single-edged high-carbon steel.
The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.
It features engravings "東京" (Tokyo) and "すゞや" (Suzuya).
